Q. What is CitrusPay? Do you have any other payment solution providers?

 

A. CitrusPay is our payment solutions provider and is not owned by us. All payments done on our online store, will be routed through CitrusPay, for which charges will be borne by us. Whenever possible, we may add more payment solution providers.  

Q. What modes of payment do you accept?

 

A. We currently accept payments through debit / credit card, and net banking. We do not provide cash on delivery facility. For payments through UPI or payment wallets, kindly drop an email to ecommerceha@gmail.com. We will send you a payment link for completing the purchase on our site.

Q. Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

 

A. We accept credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q. My account has been debited, however the order has not been confirmed by Home Affairs.

 

A. There may be instances where your credit/debit card or bank account has been debited, even though your payment is not reflecting in our account. This may happen due to poor internet connection or incomplete transaction by the user or rejection of payment from our bank.

In this case, we request you to kindly contact your bank/card provider for resolution. While we will make all efforts to resolve such a problem, kindly understand that we cannot dispatch your item, until your payment is credited in our account.
