Shipping FAQ

Q. How will you deliver my ordered products?

 

A. We use the services of our delivery partners to ensure last mile delivery form our warehouse to your home. We will follow up with the delivery partner until the items are delivered to you.

Q. What packaging will you use?

 

A. We normally use sealable courier bags, plus another layer of packaging to ensure that your items are delivered in top condition. In case you notice any tampering with the parcel, kindly bring the same to our notice through email (ecommerceha@gmail.com). Do not forget to quote your order number. We currently do not offer gift wrapping.

 

Q. What is the delivery process?

 

A. In case of pre-paid orders, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. It normally takes 1-2 days for us to get your goods ready. Once your package is handed over to our delivery partner, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched, along with the tracking details.

 

Q. How much will I have to pay for delivery of my ordered items?

 

A. One side shipping charges are included in the product rate.

 

Q. What will be the shipping charges in case of product returns?

 

A. In case you wish to return the product for any reason, apart from manufacturing defects, the customer will bear the pick up and return charges. The product return process can be initiated through our website. Kindly also refer our return and exchange faqs.

Q. Do you deliver outside India also?

A. Currently we do not. We will update our patrons once we commence overseas shipping.

Return & Exchange FAQ

Q. What is your product return policy?

 

A. Key points of our return policy are:

  • We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects. If you wish to return the product for any other reason, then we will deduct the shipping costs and refund your balance payment.

  • Product returned has to be unused and in same condition as received by you. In case the product is used or damaged while in your possession, we will be unable to accept the same.

  • We allow a period of 15 days for you to initiate the return. This will be calculated from the date of pick up from our warehouse.

  • Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

 

Q. How will you refund my payment, in case of a returned product or unfulfilled order?

 

A. Kindly allow 15 days from the day we receive the item returned by you, for us to refund your payment. We will contact you to seek details of your bank account in which you will choose to receive the payment. Please follow up with your respective bank/card issuer post completion of refunds process by ha-shoppe.com to check on reflection of funds in your account.

 

Q. What is the return process?

 

A. Once the return is initiated, we will arrange for pick up of the item, through our delivery partner. After the item has been received at our warehouse, we will examine it for any defects. Once the item has been accepted for return, we will initiate the refund process.

 

Q. What is your exchange policy?

 

A. You will need to contact us on ecommerceha@gmail.com for exchange. Kindly note that shipping charges for the returned item will have to borne by you (except in case of manufacturing defects).
